It could not have been a more beautiful day in San Francisco. The sky was blue, the sun was out and there was a slight breeze in the air. They choose San Francisco for their engagement photos as they both grew up in the bay area and spent lots of time in the city. We first started out at the Palace of fine arts and then headed over to bakers beach.

It was one of my most favorite sessions to date. I really enjoyed getting to know these two and how they met. Even after 8 years of dating they still had that twinkle in their eye as they looked at each other. Their first memories of when they first started dating was after a big High School football game. After winning a game against their rivals they walked back to his 1982 pickup truck. Karen, “it was horrid, RIP.” When they looked up and saw a shooting star Paul grabbed Karen’s head and gave her a kiss. They had many milestones in their relationship. Through being apart from both their studies abroad, the stress of graduating college, and deciding on their first real jobs they supported each other and proved that they could get through any challenge. It was very hard to choose but here are my favorites from Karen and Paul’s Engagement Photos…
