It was so much fun getting to know these two during their engagement session. After all this rain we have had we were happy to see the sun peeking out amongst the clouds even if just for bit here and there during their Old Sugar Mill Engagement session.
I found out that Cory is quite the romantic. The morning of Thanksgiving he took Candace to Mckinley Park Rose Garden and they enjoyed breakfast sitting on a bench enjoying the fall sun. He then proposed with a scrapbook he had put together that included sweet memories of the two of them and special notes. So sweet! Even though they had talked about getting engaged and had gone shopping for rings in early 2016 she was still pleasantly surprised.
One of their favorite things to do together is “Binge” watch TV shows. Last year, they finally were able to watch all 5 seasons of Game of Thrones in one month and now are patiently waiting for the new season to begin in June. They love going out to eat and trying new restaurants, and on a special occasion nights you will probably see them at Mulvaney’s.
Along with The Old Sugar Mill’s rustic charm we were able to capture so many amazing photos. Here are some of my fav’s…
These photos are amazing! The Old Sugar Mill is a great location for a shoot. Job well done! Candace and Cory look great!

Love the rustic theme of the Old Sugar Mill. The pictures capture the love they have for one another. So great.
