They met standing in line to talk to the school counselor at Folsom Lake College. Jessica had her dog with her who kept smelling Colton’s shoes until he finally turned around to talk to her. After seeing him a few more times that day she went home feeling a bit bummed knowing that she might not see this cute guy again. They ended up having a class together in which she sat right behind him. They actually didn’t really talk much in class but started talking through facebook when Colton finally asked her out. Since then they have been inseparable. She knew Colton was the one on their first trip together to Santa Cruz for her birthday. It was then that he told her he loved her. They enjoy spending time together eating sushi, playing volleyball at Folsom Lake, taking hikes with her dog Daisy, enjoying an occasional pool or bowling game or just staying home and making dinner.

I had an amazing time with these two love birds at the Folsom Powerhouse. It was a super hot summer evening, but the beautiful sunset gaves us gorgeous light!
