It’s been a while since I cried at a wedding, but this one got me! Ellie and Michael are the cutest couple ever. Every moment was so heartfelt, so intentional, throughout their wedding day, and each consecutive shot melted my heart even more. Their wedding story reveals authenticity, romance, and of course enthusiastic celebration. What a pleasure it was to come alongside them and document their tale of love through photography.

To match the all-outdoor ceremony and reception, Ellie opted for a bright wildflower look – so whimsical and free. The pink, orange, and violet shades looked lovely against the backdrop filled with greenery and deep woodsy tones. Her hand-tied bouquet was gorgeous. I’m so in love with this outdoor summer theme! The guys even wore big violet boutonnieres that complemented their light gray suits perfectly! And the beautiful ladies wore an array of long, flowy pastel dresses to match.

During the ceremony, you could hear a pin drop as they captivated friends and family through handwritten vows to each other. Even the most stoic guests were looking for tissues. It’s no wonder they had such a large group in attendance – Ellie and Michael are truly beloved by all who have the pleasure of knowing them.

Their outdoor reception had the intimate, easy-going vibe of a charming backyard party. In the lush green garden, guests were served light, refreshing fare and cool drinks, including a variety of unique beers – and of course, champagne for toasting!

Then, they danced the night away with all of their loved ones before taking off on their next adventure as husband and wife.
